http://www.bigwinterdeal.com. I figured it was either used/refurbished or an outright scam. I looked around the site for a minutes then came to RR to look them up & see what kind of rating they had..none found. I then went to the BBB site to look them up..nothing found. So I shot off an email to their customer support address:

THEN and only then did I start to poke around the RR forums and found this thread and the sites to avoid thread. I will definitely be using this site more often, thanks for the good work you are doing.
