Additional actions to take:
Contact your credit card company to initiate a chargeback/reversal of charges.
File a complaint with the
Attorney General in the state where the store does business.
Report the store to their web hosting provider to take their site down (caveat: scammers will likely just open a new site, which will not have a record).
