My experience with UBID was absolutely horrible. I purchased an adapter for my ipod which was advertised as brand new. When I received the product, it was anything but new. Surprisingly, customer service agreed to have it sent back in lieu of a replacement. When I received the replacement which was supposed to be brand new, it was not either. I tried calling ubid.com to have the thing sent back and my money refunded. They said they would contact the vendor and have it sent back and never did. It's been a wild goose chase. I'm just thankful I didn't spend more money. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER SHOP AT ubid.com I will make sure my friends know NEVER to shop there either. It's a total scam. I've never had problems with ebay.com or half.com.
