I've been reading this thread for a few weeks and empathize with yall. However, this is the perfect situation for a class action lawsuit. Just because it may be "small dollar" does not mean an attorney will not look at it. Most class-action suits start out as plain-jane lawsuits. If an attorney knows that there are multiple clients, they will be more inclined to take a case. All they have to do is win the first case - then the rest is easy money.

I would strongly urge those affected by this thief to file - but talk to each other. The more people you have together, the stronger your position will be.
