If you wish to cancel your order, and ExpressCameras tells you they already sent your order, and you see they've charged you, they most likely have NOT sent the order yet. Tell them you will not accept the shipment. If the shipment comes, DO NOT accept it, and it will be sent back to ExpressCameras. They will then be required to cancel the order and refund your credit card. If they do not refund your credit card, then you have a very strong basis for a dispute with your credit card company, and Express Cameras will not be paid by the credit card company. Also, the credit card company will relinquish you of responsibility of the charge, and ExpressCameras will be left holding the bag. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE!
