update on cancellation attempt

I tried to cancel today. Yesterday I was told I had to talk to Scott. Today I talked to him and he said to call back in an hour and talk to customer service. I called back and spent 24 minutes on hold while being bounced from sales rep to sales rep, then they hung up on me. I called back again, and the system hung up on me immediately. I tried calling later, but I get no voice mail menu, just music, and am on infinite hold. I sent an email saying that it would serve as notice of my attempt to cancel and that I would be disputing the charge should they decide to ship. If they ship and charge my card it will be against my express wishes made clear to three sales reps and in two emails. I'm beginning to suspect that "customer service" does not exist and that they just hang up on you if you are making an unpopular request.

I've dealt with many companies in my life, but these guys at expresscameras.com are the worst kind of scum.
