Just wanted to thank everyone again for their input. I switched out the stock Intel HSF, ordered and installed a Swiftech MCX478-V, used Arctic Silver 5, and topped everything with a Vantec Tornado 84.1 cfm fan.

The result is that my case sounds like a vaccuum (which I already anticipated), but my temps are as follows:

- CPU: 30-33C Idle, 36-37 Full Load

- Motherboard: 29-30C Idle, 30-33 Full
Load

To me, that is a huge difference! And that's with ambient room temps of around 80-85F in Hawaii.
