RAID 5 - 2 different drives??

I have a server running RAID 5 with 3 SCSI 18Gb drives. One has bit the dust and I need to replace it. Problem is the drive is no longer available to buy so what to do......???

I have a 36Gb SCSI drive available however I do not know if I can mix the drive sizes up, I do not care if I loose drive space if the RAID configures the 36Gb to only use 18Gb.

Does anyone know if this can be done safely???
