I'm stuck with Meritline since last 2 months.  
 
First I order a SIM Card Reader (order#2143067). Which is good for nothing. It does not read any thing. There was no instruction-manual in the package. When I tried to use it, it gave me warning: It may corrupt my SIM card. Wow! what a sincere SIM Card corrupter (instead of Reader) software/hardware.  
 
Well! I returned this junk and paid approx $1.60 shipping and got the store credit as it was a non-refundable item.  
 
 
2nd time, using the store credit, I bought an alarm clock (order#2215184), which looks good online. When it arrived, I was very thrilled to see it. Sooner I found that it had a bad alarm system.  
I returned it and paid for shipping approx ($1.80).I got the store credit again.  
 
Using the balance store credit, I bought another alarm clock (order#2268398). For my surprise, it came with Chinese instructions only (wow!! selling product in US with Chinese instructions). As soon as I put batteries in it, I found it had bad LEDs.  
 
I gave up finally..... bought 3 products in last 2 months all were bad or defective. Lost almost all of the money (shipping back), what I paid initially. Finally, I got nothing.  
 
Guys! stay away from them. They just sell junk stuff which are very cheap and non-functional, discarded products from Chinese stores. I guess regular dollar store stuff is better than what they sell.  
 
I'm going to report it to BBB (not for my money, but for this bad practice) - Selling bad/cheap quality products without performing any kind of testing/validation. And then ask customers to pay for shipping for non-functional/bad products even it is not their fault.

Well! finally, I got a call from them and they offered me a new clock as a gift and full refund back to my credit card. Let's see how does it go.. will update you guys!!!!!

They refunded my money what ever I paid initially. Though, I lost money what ever I paid for shipping back the bad items. To compensate, they sent me another clock as a gift.  
 
So, finally I'd say:  
 
Don't go by price, until you are buying a branded product. You will get what ever you paid for.  
 
Though, thanks to their customer service for prompt response and action. But, I'm not going buy anything from them any more. It is sheer wastage of time.

Ordered 100pk Verbatim DVD+R printables on 8/19 via meritline.com. Paid via PayPal. Received on 8/22 via FedEx. Packaged well. Free shipping. Discs pass DVDInfo quality check at 99%+. Thorougly pleased. So much so, I orderd a second spindle tonight. Thanks!

Meritline has been a very efficient on line store. I will always look to them first when I need something. If they have it I know I can depend on them to get it to me in a very short time at a great price.

It's been five days and I still haven't received my order. It took them two whole days just to ship. If I knew that they were this inefficient, I would've just purchased the item from dealextreme for $2 less.

7 months have passed and still no rebates for the wireless usb i bought - several emails have gone unanswered. Only now when i start looking do i see that Meritline does not apparently pay thier internal rebates. Don't Bite!
