Things have gone well for me. We got a few coupons at 80% off, $25 gift certificates for $2 and $10 gift certificates for 40 cents. You have to spend a certain amount for each certificate to be valid. Everything has gone smoothly after using 2 of 4 certificates.

I have been dealing with Restaurant.com for many years and now go mainly to restaurants that offer this type of discount. I'm able to get a $25 food certificate for as low as $4.00. That's $21 of free food. Several times the restaurant was out of business and I was able to transfer to a new restaurant very easy. This review was modified by its author, flash39, on

I have purchased quite a few certificates from restaurant.com. Recently, they e-mailed to say that a certain restaurant was no longer participating and that I could exchange the certificates for credit. Unforuntately, only one of the codes worked for one certificate. I have not been able to exchange three others. I tried to e-mail them on multiple occasions; their e-mail address bounces. I tried to call numeous times. No one ever answers the phone, only an automated voicemail system. They oftentimes don't call back until days later; by that time I'm gone because I can't sit around waiting for days for them to call. They have never resolved the problem.
