This was the fourth camera I've bought from this beachcamera.com. I now make it a habit to look at their site first before I buy anything electronic. Whatever I order, it arrives in about 3 days on my doorstep, in perfect condition, exact item that I ordered. Have never had any problem. You can rely on these guys to give you a good deal and great service.

After a mistake was made with my order and I received my package late, I made a complaint via this website. Since then, I was contacted by a representative of Beach Camera to apologize for the error and kindly remedy it. Although the company made an initial error, they more than corrected for it and I am very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely do business with them again. I ordered Sony HDR-SR 12 camcorder and a 8 GB memory stick on November 18 2008 around 1:30 pm east coast time and the items were delivered to my house at 1pm on 11/19 by FedEx. That is less than 24 hours it took for the camcorder to be delivered. The sales rep was very helpful and recommended I get the extended battery for the camcorder but never forced me to buy one and actually suggested I get one from a different location for cheaper. Over all I'm very satisfied with the service. I'll now try the camcorder to ensure that it works like the reviews say it should.

I ordered a Lumix LX-3 from them. I had searched my usual stores, but it's been out of stock, and as I needed to lock in this camera model for the Holiday's (early shopper) I decided to give Beach a try as they reported it in stock (which, even at other reliable stores, is not always a guarantee it's really in stock). I placed the order, requested 2 day shipping, and received the camera plus a few add ons right on time. Everything was factory fresh, well packed, and as smooth of a transaction as with any other reliable vendor I've used to date. The price was competitive (not the cheapest, but reasonable, especially with a trouble free purchase). They're now bookmarked as another source to turn to.

I ordered the Garmin Nuvi 680 on the 11/11/08 and it came the next day in perfect condition and working order. All of this with no shipping cost and at the lowest price I could find for this product. Great experience!!!

I have purchased two items from BC: a Garmin Portable Friction Mount for GPS, and, most recently, a Canon PIXMA 970 printer.
I knew what items I wanted, so my extensive store and online research was for item and shipping cost. Beach Camera's price for both items was much lower than any other source,there were no shipping charges,and both items were delivered the next day. EXTRAORDINARY! I am still amazed! In the one telephone conversation I had with BC customer service I was very impressed with the representatives attitude and knowledge. Beach Camera is now my first contact for product source, information, and pricing. I recommend BC to all of my friends. Keep up the EXCELLENT service.
