I just purchased a brand new Canon XSI Rebel SLR camera and accessories from buydig. While I admit being nervous about the $900 transaction, BuyDig came through on every aspect. I was promptly notified by email on each phase of the shipping (order confirmation, when the package shipped, and a tracking link to FedEx).
I ordered on saturday, it shipped on monday and arrived on thursday as promised (3 days). The box was in good condition and all items were factory sealed, brand new, just as promised.
I've always been one to run to the big box stores for electronics but after saving over $300.00 on this transaction, I will be buying from BuyDig in the future.

this company is located in NJ and I live in NYC. i ordered an eeepc for my dad's birthday on thursday morning. got shipping confirmation on thursday evening, and received the machine yesterday. shipping is super fast and great price!! An excellent vendor on the East coast!!

Ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3S camera kit, which Buydig's website claimed was IN STOCK.
Received an email asking me to confirm some of my payment details, which I did promptly.
A day later, received another email stating the item was on back-order.
I checked the listing of the same item and it had been REMOVED from the Buydig website.
This was meant to be a birthday gift and it is going to arrive late, from another store, thanks to Buydig's misstatement of their inventory.
I am calcelling my order now and will not recommend this store to anyone.

I bought a sony HDD camcorder from this merchant and am very satisfied. This camcorder is priced around $1000 by BestBuy and $900 by Costco. I found it at BuyDig.com for $750. I was of course a little skeptical, was afraid they'd sell me a defective product or delay things or ... but reading other reviews made me brave to take the chance. I ordered online on Sunday, the item was mailed on Tuesday and I received it today (Thursday), I had asked for the 2-3 day delivery option. The item was very intact and in perfect condition. Well, I should say since I was worried they might not ship it within 1-2 business day (as is stated on their website), I sent them an e-mail on the second day (Tuesday), reminded that I expected the item to be shipped that day. I guess they would do it that day anyway, but perhaps my e-mail has had a role??!
Anyway, bottom line, I am very satisfied.

This was my second order from this company. I was extremely pleased. I ordered on the website late Saturday evening and I got my package on Tuesday morning. I was looking to buy a particular camcorder and I noticed that after seeing it initially, it vanished. I contacted the company and heard that they couldn't stock the camcorder. I was very pleased that they updated their site. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

My Garmin 350 GPS unit was stolen out of my car. When I went to replace it, I did a lot of research and found that the unit I had was being discontinued. There were new features available, and I settled on the Garmin 765T. I have bought a lot of things over the web and never had a problem until I went to buy my new GPS.
Garmin lists the price at $599, but I was sure I could do better. In searching reviews, I would see sites like "pricegrabber" or "everyday price" come up with unbelievably low prices (like $378). These stores had titles like Preferred Retailer, or other labels to think they were fully vetted by someone and safe. I naively clicked on one and made an online purchase. I was told that purchase needed to be confirmed (I thought good!, they are making sure I am really this person!), but when I called, the guy wanted me to add on the 2009 map for an additional $180. I knew I could go to garmin and get the map as a free upgrade, so I said no. There was massive pressure to buy the extra map but I held firm. A day later, I got an email that my device was out of stock (despite being listed as in stock and told so buy the rep I spoke to). There was a link to cancel my order and I did so... Only to move on to another site with a low low price. Same deal, call to confirm. This guy told me I had forgotten to add the memory card. He said the unit would not work without it. I found this hard to believe, as no review I read mentioned anything about needing to buy the card, but he was adamant that the unit would not remember my locations without it. The 1gig card was $130 and the 3 gig was $150. I figured, no wonder the price was so low. With the memory card I was up to nearly what garmin said the unit should be. I ordered the 1 gig card, and he said he would place the order....But something didn't feel right. I went on amazon and found the 1 gig card for $7 and and EIGHT gig card for $17.98! I called my credit card company immediately. Then I got on the web and started putting the company names in of the two places I had tried. They both were listed as scam companies. They hook you with a "too good to be true" low price, then try to upsell you some part you don't really need for an outrageous price. Ah. I called my credit card company, and the order had not yet gone through. I canceled my card immediately.
Feeling shaken, but wiser...and still wanting to replace my stolen GPS, I found Buydig.com. They had many positive reviews and people clearly said they are not in the same category of the scammers I had dealt with. I nervously placed my order. The sale went through online immediately. They sent me three emails, an acknowledgment of the purchase, the date it was scheduled to be shipped, and one with a tracking number when it did ship. No upselling. No pressure. No "it says it's in stock but we don't have it".
I got the unit I wanted, earlier than promised, already loaded with the 2009 map. I knew I would have to be home to sign for it, but since I already had one GPS stolen, this was fine with me. As it happened, I ordered the unit on Wed night, and it came Saturday...a day I was off and could sign for it. And my unit works fine without the memory card, though I could opt to add one if needed.
Bottom line...BuyDig is legit. They did what they said, when they said, and I am the happy owner of a new GPS. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Ordered my second "large Item" from BuyDig.com and I Could not be more satisfied with their service and prices. I bought a 46' Samsung ToC 7 Series LCD TV (priced close to $700 below brick and mortar chain store prices) and I received the TV within a week, actualy, I could've received earlier but our schedule would not have permitted it. I can't say enough about their service, as I said this is the second large Item I buy from them, and I am now a loyal customer.
