I got to give it to the Tiger people they are excellent. I have been their customer for some time now and I am constantly impressed by the level of their service. Especially the last order, were i had an issue with the product itself and Tigerdirect went out of their way to help me with this issue, as matter of fact the nice lady I spoke with her name is ROSE @ EXT 5367
was extremely helpful and stayed on top of the issue till it was resolved, great lady.

I cant believe how fast this order shipped. I was very skeptical about ordering from them, as their reputation was that things take forever to arrive, however, the order not only arrived on time, it was a day early!

I ordered a Nokia 6103 unlocked cell phone and received it in 3 days exactly as promised. I installed my sim and it worked just fine and was told T Mobile had no problems with it. I was upset whe I received the phome because there was no manual included and this was for my wife. She needs a maual and keeps it in the glove compartment.I called customer service and talked to Tyrone Nelms who worked with me and supplied a rplacement unit at no cost to me. Excellent service and a pleasant experience.

Top ratings to Tiger, particularly due to the assistance given by Evelio Arregoitia x5844. Having received and installed the internal hard drive recommended by Evelio, I can safely say that from the advice given to the delivery of the product, all went as well as I had hoped. Evelio's attention to detail to ensure that the internal drive was compatible with my laptop is often overlooked by others. Thanks Evelio - I will shop with you and TigerDirect in the future.

On the above date I called to purchase an All-In-One computer. I talked to approximately two people who seemed disinterested in answering questions. I talked to one and I really did not understand the person because of the accent. He seemed very nice however. I was in a determined mood and thought I was calling Gateway which I have only owned therefore I decided to call again. Gateway had always been very cordial and informative.
I am very happy that I decided to try again because I contacted Bernadette Price who was not only very knowledgeable but very patient. I am a novice with knowing rams, giga..etc. however I think I learned a lot. She did not try to persuade me but was so informative and did not make me feel like an "idiot" when I asked questions. A computer is a large purchase and I needed of lot of information. She furnished me with the information I needed.
Her enthusiams was evident about computers which excited me. She seemed to love her work and I felt she really wanted to help me.

This CSR was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. This week was my first college classes of the semester. Judging from the first days of classes I decided that I would need a laptop preferably before next weeks classes. When we found out that the laptop I wanted to purchase was out of stock, he helped me find one very quickly, in the same price range, and about the same performance as the one that I orginally wanted. This was my first direct dealing with Tiger Direct and it won't be my last.
