I ordered a case w/ powersupply, a cpu, motherboard, hard drive, and OS for a computer build. I received everything promptly on 12/01 due to the holidays. Everything was very well packaged and worked just as I expected out of the box. Neweggs prices were the best on the net when I ordered my parts. This is the second time that I've ordered parts for a computer build from Newegg and I have been very impressed so far. Newegg is awesome.

Newegg is the best when it comes to computer parts and other electronics. I would never dream of shopping elsewhere. Their customer service takes care of you every time! I love NEWEGG!

Ive been shopping at Newegg.com for 6 years now and never had a chance to write a review about them , so here we go.
Newegg is one of the companies out there who really care about their customers. Not only the price is always right but amazing costumer service backed up by great company and fast shipping.
I had to RMA a few items in the past and they were always nice and easy about returning items. They value your as a customer and as a person, they paid for RMA shipping even with an open box.
I want to thank newegg and Seraph Daciuk who has awesome costumer service skills and recently handled my RMA.
10 out of 10. Will always shop at newegg and all of you should do.

My little brother sent me to Newegg.com to purchase a gift for our parents for Christmas. I wasn't sure of what I wanted but the site made comparing items easy and the order was a snap. I saw the same item on a special sale email a day and a half latter and Newegg worked with me on the price. They responded promptly and politely to my email. The shipping was prompt, in all the service has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this site.

I really enjoy my online shopping experience with Newegg.com. They have a wide variety of items to choose from with most having a great number of product reviews that help in the purchasing decision. I have gone to many different websites and been into stores like Fry’s and hands down NewEgg.com can’t be beat. As far as prices and customer service they are amazing. I have made a few orders in the past with Newegg.com to build my computer and will be back in the future for more product purchases but the reviews alone are reason enough to go to the site. I like to make sure I am getting a good deal and getting good quality stuff before I buy so I looked around for almost a month before I finally decided to buy from Newegg.com and am glad I did. They are an amazing site with what I believe is hands down the best site for products, prices, reviews, customer service, convenience and anything dealing with computers and electronics.

Newegg was fantastic! I have done business with Newegg before and had never had a problem with any of the products I purchased. I bought a 100 pack of DVD's and the entire batch was trash. I called the manufacturer and they were of NO help at all. Even though Newegg's general policy is not to accept products like these back, their customer service dept listened patiently to my problem, upgraded my purchase to a different brand (at no additional cost) and did not even make me go through the hassle of shipping the old product back to them. I will definitely continue to do business with Newegg!!
