“These guys are the best! Don't shop anywhere else! I made purchases on-line from others stores (scooters canada) and had nothing but trouble and bad advice. QC Scooters walked me through my issues and got everything resolved. They even opened their warehouse early, we are 2 hours out-of-town, so that my son and his friends could browse their inventory. “TigerDirect has excellent prices on sale items. As everywhere, sale items can sell out fast - don't complain if you couldn't get the deal. Delivery is prompt. Had a problem with a rebate submission invoice, Customer service promptly answered my question. Count me a satisfied customer (using TigerDirect for 10 years)! ”

“Horrible place to buy anything! I bought a sofa from Zulily; the picture was of a light tan-colored sofa. Three days later, after searching online for other items from the sofa manufacturer, I realized the sofa was green! Not at all green in the photo on their site. I emailed, 3 days after I ordered it, and asked that they please cancel it. On their site, it said shipping on 12/22/14. I sent the email on 12/9/14. “Ordered a set of All Clad cookware after hours Thursday, a week before Christmas. Got home Saturday afternoon and the package was sitting on the front entry. What amounted to next day (free) delivery on a heavy shipment. Wow! Great performance on the part of Metro and Fed Ex.”

“I order two christmas gifts from Zulilly the day after thanksgiving and the items did not ship until December 20th, and will NOT arrive prior to the holiday! I contacted Zulilly and their "customer service" stated that their typical shipping time is 16-20 days and that the fine print on the site states as such.

So I then asked them to overnight and agreed to pay the additional shipping cost, and they were unable to do so.

Lastly, I told them that I would like to cancel my order, and once agai...”

“ordered fan for laptop and paid extra for xmas delivery. Wrong item was sent, not a problem, but they refused to send the right item until the wrong one was sent, which would now mean after xmas. thanks but no thanks.”

“My son was also with the gang that Martine posted and she called to tell me the efforts that were made to accommodate us while we were there. I feel that a company like this should be applauded for their efforts to go "the extra mile" to provide outstanding customer service. Way to go QC Scooters and a big thank you from the Chenier family.

“Very good customer service. My order got lost in the mail, so I contacted Deal Genius about it. They responded quickly and shipped a replacement. They upgraded the shipping so that I would receive it fast. I will buy from them again!”

“I think there policy of not taking customer phone calls sums things up. There customer service is so poor that the lines would be inundated with disgruntled folks. I ordered a satellite phone as a Christmas gift and a few days before Christmas they cancelled my order with out ever notifying me.”

“I was skeptical at first but after reading some reviews I went ahead and ordered 2 tickets for Universal Studios Hollywood. I made a mistake on my order and I contacted them late at night and they fixed my order half an hour later.

Next morning I received the tickets via email and I was able to use them. I saved $30 on each.

I will definitely recommend half off parks to anyone. Great product and service.”
