“Cannot email support, it gives a "You can not add scripts to this email message." on the Contact Us page. The email confirmation is also slow (if ever?) in coming, (and yes I checked spam folderS) if you order better save that page when you finish the checkout process. And not being able to reach customer service and a website that doesn't work correctly is a REALLY BAD combination - you can't get human or automated service...
