“I've made a few orders from clearly, the first order I got an excellent deal buy one get one free so I got 2 pairs of really nice glasses for a total of $63 dollars and they came days after I ordered. My last order 2 days after placing it the glasses we're here, they have the quickest service 2 days is all I've had to wait when I go in person anywhere else it takes at least 2 weeks and I've waited a month for glasses so I'm very happy I don't have to wait when I order from clearly. “I've been a long time buyer from directcanada (maybe 8 or 9 years) and they have always hadgreat price! Never had problem until last week.

I buy a laptop that on there website tell it has 8gb. When I received it, it was actually 6gb. The manufacturer hasn't give them the right specification.

My client was needing the laptop fast, so I wasn't able to return it (I was offer a full refund). I gave my client a 20$ credit for that and he was happy with that.

Just Don't Do It!!!
“Horrible experience. They managed to immediately charge my credit card, but just couldn't seem to get around to shipping it. I was unsuccessful in getting help from customer service, and eventually cancelled the order. They didn't refund against my credit card, so I had to dispute the billing. I wish that I had read all of the negative reviews on this and other sites prior to ordering. Tell all of your gardening friends not to order from Gurney's!”

Terrible do not buy from these people
“Shipped the wrong $900 rear end then wanted me to pay $200 for the return shipping.
I must have spoken to 10 different people all With Indian accents. They are very nice on the phone but do not call back as promised or answer emails. What a waste of time and energy.
I have cancelled the transaction with the credit card company.
I will await and see where it goes from here, I would gladly join the class action if needed.”
