“I had been looking for a guitar for my Husband for a while online, and someone told me about instrument alley, so I gave them a look, and WOW they had great prices, great customer service, and the exact guitar he wanted at the absolute lowest price and free shipping, so if you want the best this is the best place to go in my opinion hope you try them the next time you need an instrument or accessory for the one you have thanks and happy shopping”

“I ordered a Vaude Cycle 28 Backpack/Pannier on Thursday, Oct. 23. I called the shop to check if it was in stock and they said that they had 6. Went ahead and ordered one online. Received a confirmation of my order by email a couple of minutes after that. Reviewed this and sent them an email asking when I should expect the package. They quickly replied back with a Fedex tracking number with an estimated delivery date of Saturday, Oct. 25.

“It is all true and dependable! RebelFone USA provided excellent cellular telephone service in Italy and England when in major and secondary cities this summer.

Customer service was dependable and timely if we had a question or needed assistance prior to and when traveling. Recommend RebelFone when in need of cellular telephone service in Europe. We plan to use their service again.

“The package as never delivered even though the USPS had marked it as delivered. This is not Rockabilia's fault but when I put an inquiry in they were completely unhelpful, refused to do anything about the issue or do a refund. I went back and forth with them for a couple weeks before realizing that I had placed the order through Amazon so all I had to do was use their guaranteed A to Z service and within a day they had issued a refund. Rockabilia didn't even bother to give me that option.”

“I placed an order for an xbox one about a week ago - it was a very easy process. I wanted to change the ship to address on it so it doesn't sit on my doorstep when it gets delivered. “I am overly satisfied with my purchase of the small tote bag that I ordered for my Women's Conference on October 18.
The service I received on this rush order was above and beyond my expectations. I was nervous about receiving them in time because of the short notice I had given, but I was given assurance that I would and I did. They were just the perfect gift for our guests! Thanks JC”

“Be prepared, the company will work with you until you make an order, then they are gone.
No reply for questions, and you feel as you are dealing with a utility company, not a business company.
When you finally get connected with the same customer service person you were connected before, the answer is:
Sorry, we get a lot of spams e-mails per day.
This is despite the e-mails sent were for sure not spams.
Their replies is so unprofessional and almost like doing you a favor by replying.
