“I sent in my 60gb ps3 on 7/14/2015 got it back on 7/21/2015.These guys know what they are doing,and they do it very professionally . excellent communication easy written instructions for shipping the unit out to them.The only thing that I wished I could have had done besides the reball service was the fan upgrade for $39.99.,but they didn't have it on their website at the time . overall I'm extremely happy that I got my ps3 fixed works like a dream, and the fan runs whisper quiet with an occasio...”

product # 65103338. We have 2 different credit cards for the church.
Each time we tried to check out and pay--it said it could not process payment/ invalid.

So, our Pastor went home and got his own personal credit card.

“Customer service is extremely poor. Use the chat feature to inquire about my order. Service person told me one thing (yes I could receive a refund), then changed their mind (and said no I could not receive one) and became very rude at me asking why I would even ask about a refund. I will never use their services again, I will rent books elsewhere!!”
