“Awful experience. Ordered an epilator as it was advertised as a direct from manufacturer product. Was entitled to next day delivery. 3 days later my order was shown as 'received but unprocessed'. Received responses from 2 different operators, one saying that it was due to a system error and the other that it was out of stock until that day.... “Do not order moline from this store!! Their return policy is a nightmare!! It is impossible to find a customer service number to call! I honestly think they play stupid to try and keep you from getting your money back! Shady company!”

“Lousy customer services, don't care a hoot about your concern. They send you a prewritten answer and that's the end of it. I bought an item based on the picture on their site and it turns out the picture was wrong and I didn't get what I ordered. Since I ordered it together with an other item, I got free shipping, but if I return the faulty item they make me pay for the original shipping cost AND return postage. Which leaves almost nothing of the refund for me and makes returning it not worth th...”

“My ps3 started acting kinda funny so a friend of mine told me about them.Thinking it was worth a shot we took it down there to have it looked at.The guy that worked there said it would be $50-55,and would take two weeks.Ok then we let him work on it.Two weeks pasted,so did three.Worried we went to cheak on it.He said he had to order the part and would take longer than he thought.Ok then.We waited until August (we gave it to them in June!) and took it back.I would not give them a good rating,seei...”
