“Excellent customer service from a rep name jimmy for stacksocial..the rep kindly provided information that i needed and on time, also follow ups were e-mailed to me. He was also kindly enough to send me a replacement for my purchase without questions asked.. It was mailed immediately.. Obviously stack social team is ahead of the game.. Great work guys”

“I purchased the strapless tiered wedding dress with metallic trim a few months ago for my big day and was incredibly pleased.

My dress arrived in the mail on time exactly the same as had been pictured. The tailoring job was also phenomenal. It fit me perfectly. More importantly though I photographed great in the dress and felt comfortable and beautiful in it.”

“I ordered Rampage Step Bars for my Jeep on Sunday and didn't get a tracking number by Tuesday. I called and was helped by Joseph. He made some calls to the manufacturer who gave him an excuse that they were waiting for parts. He tracked down another pair and had them to me by Friday. I was impressed by their recovery. Some Jeep parts are in high demand and the manufacturers are having trouble shipping on time. I am pleased with SD Truck Springs and will use them in the future. Their price was al...”

“ It was easy to shop for what I wanted. I have one negative observation. I was quite surprised by the amount of your shipping. Most companies I deal with ship my items for free.
The amount you charge for shipping is almost 1/4 the price of the item ordered. I will probably go with Complete Nutrition in the future to afford the outrageous shipping fees. Sincerely, Tina M. Tolin”

“On Saturday April 11th of 2015 my partner Craig Smith purchased a couch and a set of end tables (INVOICE # 027006692-001) that came with a coffee table, from the Conn's store at 1655 South Stapley Drive Mesa, Arizona 85204. “The worst online experience ever!!!!!
I purchased a part for a machine tool for $913.00. When I received the part it was faulty. I returned the goods to the supplier after many arguments who would pay the return freight. The seller called me incompetent, even though I have over 25 years experience in this field. The supplier refuses to credit me in full, instead wants me to pay twice the freight. I cannot understand why twice, never mind once. All throughout this, AliExpress do not get involved....”
