Terrible.
“This is the second time I purchased the Dell laptop. But both the times my experience with dell was very bad. First time the speakers blew off within 15 days and second time the software is highly corrupted. I am facing hardware problems like dysfunction of power button and control key. “Needed a second camera for a feature. Rented the same camera as the one I own. Worked fine for two days then simply would not record. Then noticed it was having strange vignetting problems with the lenses. Submitted my complaint, returned the camera. And surprise - they couldn't find anything wrong with it. And they wanted to charge me for a new battery and charger because their bar code stickers fell off. Two days of complaining and arguing and they did not charge me for the missing bar codes (...”

“My order of a promotional tri-fold was a repeat of the same order from another printer. When compared side by side to the original printing the quality difference was plain to see. Blockbuster' s
color was dead on while the first has a yellow tint. The text was the correct color which was not correct on the first set. Blockbuster provided a higher quality product at a very good price.

“I ordered office furniture from them because they said they would ship for free. I was completely through the order process and it was the next day when I found out they would not ship to Alaska for free. They wanted to charge me $750 to send it which I decided to pay because I was in a hurry. I was verbally promised my furniture would be delivered in less than ten business day for our openings. We had to open without any front office furniture.
