“The switch on my 2003 Impala went out on Wednesday. I received it less than 48 hours later and only spent 27 dollars including shipping. The part was easy to instal and seems to work fine. I initially made a mistake during online ordering and had paid for two switches , but I quickly called and the receptionist resolved the problem and my credit card was not charged for the extra one. I am very happy with this dealer's price, customer service, and swiftness. I highly recommend them. ”

“We placed an order for Ovieto chair based on seeing the chase in the store and being reassured by the sales rep that the chair would be of similar fit just chair size. What a disaster! After paying $3500 for 2 chairs we received a completely useless product which is neither chair nor chaise, ridiculously uncomfortable and utterly awful poor quality. Customer Service wanted nothing to do with it as they deem their products custom orders. We stopped by the store and all they wanted is to sell us...”

“If you make the same mistake we did and sign up for the Auto Ship, be aware that you have to call and get someone to cancel this program. You cannot just cancel the program online like you signed up -- they try to make it hard to dissuade you from going through with it. On top - when I finally got a live body to cancel, THEN he offers me $9.00 and order off to stay. Why not just do this when you are a loyal customer?? So irritated... SO....if you want more money off every order -- pre...”

“Every time we place an order, it is sent in two separate parcels and sure enough one of them never gets here so we have to write and then wait a long time to receive them. The one thing we like is the cost but the inconsistency with deliveries is not good.”

“This business is probably the worst for textbooks. Their resellers lie about book availability and refuse to offer refunds even though books are not even shipped. They also lie about having shipped an order, even though the bookseller admitted 3 weeks after sending an 'order shipped' notice that they were still trying to locate a book that they showed as being in stock. “Hobby King has got to have the worst costumer service in any industry. After ordering thousands of dollars of their cheap equipment, a $13 EZ OSD that came with an on screen ad appearing in the middle of your flight, showing www.aeorc.com in the middle of the screen while I was flying; almost making me crash, they wouldn't process a claim, answer to my queries or care less about it.
