“Thank you Dressily Me!! I absolutely love this dress! I custom ordered it to my size(plus size bride) and it came perfect. I received my dress in just under 3 weeks. Dressily Me was easy to order from and kept me informed about when it was shipped and when it arrived to my location. Overall I am very impressed and will definitely recommend them to others. ”

“What great equipment! Based on my image numbers, I was the first person to try out this Nikon D810 from BorrowLenses.com. I'm in the market for this camera, so to test it for a fraction of its cost on a 'real' project was a treat. Everything proceeded as described on the BorrowLenses.com website. “I ordered an Automotix replacement fender for my Hyundai Azera recently through Automotix. The order process and customer service was fine. I wound up having to return the part for other reasons but was satisfied with the customer service experience and professional follow-up. It was also very helpful to be able to drop the part of locally in MASS at LKQ New England bringing the experience more local.

“This is THE PLACE! to buy flashlights and accessories. Not only is the service excellent because Bryan knows flashlights well but also the flashlight quality is amazing. I have 4 flashlights 3 Ive had for about 2 years and they have taken the abuse of everyday usage and still work flawlessly! The 4th flashlight was a free Rayus c01 and its great for everyday pocket carry. I don't go anywhere else for my flashlight needs anymore and will recommend to any friends looking for some lights.”

“Bad customer service. I bought a turbo-X laptop around the price range of 700-800 euro. Came home only to find out that my brand new laptop had a stuck pixel. I tried to fix it but it kept coming back. When I took it back to the shop the dude at the customer services desk said that it is not possible to replace my laptop using the warranty as the least amount of pixels that is required is 3!!!! I was like, yeah that makes sense so I have to go home and figure out how to destroy another 2 pixels...”

“Horriible service! I requested a pick up around 1 pm. I was told it was going to be anywhere from then and 7pm. My package was never picked up and I was told my customer service to simply leave my box outside!
Another thing I don't get is WHY I can't prepay for a package. That feature is only for Airmail. I got the runaround and had to be on the phone with no solutions. I just had to do it all over and still pay in the end. For their error. NEVER USING UPS AGAIN. I RATHER USE A PIGEON. ”

“Run away like your hair is on fire. I ordered an amp in early June. It's nearly September, and I still have not received the amp, after dozens of their follow up emails and even a couple of reassuring phone calls. They are blaming this on a recent acquisition, and they refuse to give me a refund. They will only offer me a "store credit." That's like complaining about the food at a restaurant and being offered a double portion. If this is how the new owners treat existing customers, this company...”

“The Hook and Pick Set I have purchased was shipped 11 (Eleven Days) later. After about 2 Weeks later what I received was NOT Pratt-Read that I have purchased but some Master Mechanic brand. In short they shipped very late and did NOT even sent the brand I had purchased.”
