One of the worst...
“I would give a lower rating if possible.

I placed an order on March 6th, 2015. I received my damaged item on July 21st, 2015.

I was promised a partial refund during the delayed ordering process and was told THREE times that it had been issued. I've never received a refund.

I was given multiple excuses for delays: bad weather, damaged in transit, delayed manufacturing, etc. all the while still waiting for my promised partial refund.

Then, the item is delivered DAMAGED while I'm out of tow...”
