“I ordered a fruit basket to be delivered next day as a sympathy gift. It never arrived to the family yesterday. I have emailed and called Fruit Shack and can't get a response. The person I was sending it to called them and was told it would be delivered this Monday which is unacceptable! They were told that they couldn't cancel, only I can and I have tried calling many times from the US and they don't answer. Beware before you buy from them!”

“I have been ordering from TotalVac for Many Years now! Always my item was delivered as/ when promised!! Now, even 7 y ago I knew... they were a SMALL (mom/pop) business that did the best they could. WHY do so many order from them all these years until recently? Because they have the SELECTION AND GREAT PRICES WE ALL WANTED!! NOW they're gone, for reasons I'd like to know. “Horribly inaccurate parts finder and terrible customer service. It took over a week to get the parts and in multiple shipments which increased the shipping cost. They want you to return the part at your cost to get a refund and their refund does not include the cost of shipping. Terrible company.”

“Ordered pump for a dishwasher on 4/9/15. Got an email on 4//13/15 (weekend envolved) saying the order has been processed.

No other updates, no tracking nos., nothing. No indication on web site as to order status when self-checking. Finally sent message requesting status on 4/15 pm. Got email response 4/16 noon PST with tracker number and anticipated delivery of next day. Part arrive next day.

“I have placed 3 different orders and I received all of them within 5 to 7 days. One of my orders was the microwavable pressure cooker and I ordered 2 of them. When they arrived I used mine right away everything came out great. The other one we gave to my daughter as birthday gift. “I placed two orders for 2.5" IDE extension cables (male & female connectors). The first extension cable was not a "true" extension. I didn't know there were two types. Next, I ordered the "true" extension. My PC did not "see" the hard drive connected via "true" extension. Without extension, AOK. “I ordered four climbing roses and only received one. When I emailed customer service, they told me to return the shipping label and request replacements.
