“I order a lot of photobooks. Lately I've noticed MyPublisher customer service people being rude & unhelpful and the quality of the product going downhill fast.

I just ordered a premium album from them-- $600 without discounts. I pretty much ordered all the upgrades. I wanted an acrylic cover with rounded corners-- but when I went to check out they wouldn't let me choose both those things (after they fact they have informed me you automatically get rounded corners if you get an acrylic cover---...”

“Do NOT purchase from this company. I've been ordering online from numerous companies for two decades. I've placed orders in the past for my daughter from Yesstyle. We have been good customers (and a good source of income for the company). My daughter recently had to return an item that didn't fit and Yesstyle is refusing to issue a refund to my credit card ($26, hardly a big amount for them, and very easy to do) but insists on issuing the refund as a "store credit" for a future purchase. “Website poor. Ended up in a loop between Expedia's website and FlyBE's when trying to make a change to my booking. Phoned FlyBE and told I had to call Expedia as booked through them. Spent over half an hour on the phone to Expedia. I wanted to not use the outbound leg of a flight I had already paid for, but still use the return leg. I was told I would have to pay a second time for the return leg of the flight. They claim this appalling customer service is down to the airline's policy not Expedia...”
