“I was hesitant to order from them because of the negative reviews here but there were the only ones that had the Hatsan Model 95 .22 in stock. Everything went very well. I would order from them again. I received my shipment in 4 days and it was packaged very well.”

“Another bad experience... customer service is odd an useless. Received a broken candle holder that I would use as a gift later. When recipients opened the box, candle holder was cracked. Seller refused to exchange despite clear return policy providing refunds for damages lost in transit (with no mention of time limitation in the provision. Hey, there are other sellers in the sea and you will be better served by shopping elsewhere.

“There was a different dress on a model when I ordered mine. The dress i received was not what i expected it to look like. The colour was wrong, it was big and too long. It does looks cheap in my opinion. I had also paid a 30 Euro inbound charge to a post man which was a surprise. I had emailed them numerous times and they only agreed to return 35% of the dress price. Not happy and will never order again.”

“Beware of your purchase!! I placed an order for a set of bed risers for $6 plus $6.99 in shipping. Yes, it costs more to ship which is what I was thinking "Hmmm, I guess that's where they make their money." Well, turns out they send you a SINGLE bed riser. Who is gods green earth is ordering 1 or 5 or 7? That is what I asked them when clearly I was livid after spending $12.99 on a single useless wood riser that would cost me $6 to return. They said people replace them, oh really, the wood riser...”

“Poor service.
I keep calling about an item I returned to them and they keep telling me they haven’t received any returns matching my invoice. that’s funny because I tracked the order and they had received it in 3 business days.
I will call them a third time to inquire about my return and refund, if I get screwed around again, I will contact my CC Company to put through a charge-back. If they decide to refund me on their own, then this review will gain a few more stars.
