FedEx knows nothing about it, and Sportsmans' Guide Customer Service, whom of which are just a bundle full of JOY to deal with.. Can you sense the sarcasm .... Tells me that they will investigate on their end... and I might hear back from them within 3 - 4 weeks. During this time, they refer me back to fedex... Agai...”
