“Bad experience here. I've purchased 10 books and have received 6 in a time lapse of 3 years.

It seems that there are very bad vendors or those vendors have thieves as employees... and those thieves never send the books!

I am very disappointed with their service because I'm never sure if I will get them or not.

From those 4 times I lost books, only in two occasions I got a refund.

“Fraud. Beware. Sold them a DS with games and accessories. They told me my DS was broken and shipped back another DS system minus my accessories. How do I know it wasn't my DS? I had the foresight to register the serial number before I sold it. The serial number on the item they sent back was completely different.
