“Ordered a set of All Clad cookware after hours Thursday, a week before Christmas. Got home Saturday afternoon and the package was sitting on the front entry. What amounted to next day (free) delivery on a heavy shipment. Wow! Great performance on the part of Metro and Fed Ex.”

“Very good customer service. My order got lost in the mail, so I contacted Deal Genius about it. They responded quickly and shipped a replacement. They upgraded the shipping so that I would receive it fast. I will buy from them again!”

“I was skeptical at first but after reading some reviews I went ahead and ordered 2 tickets for Universal Studios Hollywood. I made a mistake on my order and I contacted them late at night and they fixed my order half an hour later.

Next morning I received the tickets via email and I was able to use them. I saved $30 on each.

I will definitely recommend half off parks to anyone. Great product and service.”

“Dell is the absolute worst company to do business with. They obviously do not care about their reputation, hence all the negative reviews. When placing my order the representative I was working with said my order would be upgraded to 2 day expedited shipping when you sign up for Dell Advantage, so much to my surprise when my order confirmation said that it would arrived within 14 business days. “I purchased a gift for a friend a few days ago. I figured it was plenty of time to still be able to deliver it on time for the holidays. They claimed to have had the item in stock and even took my money only to find out that they actually didn't have it in stock. “I just started using onlineshoes.com recently and just placed my second order with them on Dec 17th. I have opted to use their "PayMyWay" system which essentially lets you pay for the purchase over time with a valid credit card. I have got confirmation from them, but to my greatest dismay they still charged me the full amount and were not willing to rectify the issue, telling me to ship the shoes back and reorder if I like.

“This company does not make returns easy. You have to pay the return which they deduct from your refund. They dont allow exchanges. If you need a different size, you have to return the item (takes apx 20 days to return and get refund), then re-purchase. With that, you have to hope they have the stock at that point. And, if you purchased the item on sale, when you repurchase you only get the sale price if its within 15 days of original purchase. This is horrible and not conducive of holidays...”
