A great company on paper, A Thief in Reality
“I bought a flashlight and other stuff, total U$110.50, they have my money since February 6th 2017, today April 24th the answer is they don't have stock. So I request a refund 1 month ago, but they don't give me my money back. This is the first time in my life that a big company stole my money without even say a good explanation. Poor costumer service, bad comunication. I already opened a case with my bank.”

“I had taken back some items after I had finished my project. Now I did not have receipts for all items but I had taken items back many many times without a receipt and was always given a in store credit which is fine with me. Well they rang up all items and ask how I paid for them, I said well cash or my CC. “5 days before my boudoir shoot, I find a skirt on this store that I would have loved to wear. It wasn't too expensive so I decided to fork out for the express delivery, states 1-2 day arrival. Also ordered a cheap top. The day before my shoot, no package. Quick ticket support and everything runs smoothly
“I needed a good cheap hosting, however have not required too much space and bandwidth. After research of available hosting providers I have chosen gigapros because they offer cheap shared hosting plans. I have never experienced any downtime so far, quick ticket support and everything runs smoothly!
Servers respond fast, and ive never experienced down time.
Features are very good and they increased everyone's bandwidth for free a while ago.

They cancel your orders if they think you have too good a deal
“I placed a big order for four times, and each time they cancel my order without any explanation. I contacted customer support numerous times and all they can tell me it is cancelled by their "asset protection" department. Contacting that department is impossible, you can leave a voice mail message and you may get an e-mail back without any useful information, nor a reconfirmation of the order.
