“The credit card payment was processed and the representative asked me to prove that I had paid by going to my bank and asking for statement and then faxing my banking information or emailing it. The craziest thing I have ever heard of! What reputable company asks that you send your credit card information over an unsecure line? To say the least, I cancelled my order.”

“Poor service next to no followup. Bought an item and paid for express shipping. Delayed and delayed. Asked for refund but of course it was now in the mail. As suggested by them, I refused to sign for the package when it finally arrived and it was returned. two months later, still no refund. Resposnes are the same generic sorry / valued customer / response but no money forthcoming. Beware... stay away....”
