“I was looking for some dress shoes for work. I came across a pair of shoes that were about 95.00 on Amazon. So I decided to do a quick search to see if I could find some a little cheaper. That's when I stumbled on 6pm.com. I found the same pair for 45.00. I decided to purchase them as well as another pair. The experience was pleasant for online ordering. Easy online ordering. Pretty quick shipping. I was a little skeptical because I have never heard of them before but I decided to take a chance....”

“I ordered an e-reader case, and unfortunately the quoted times for manufacturing/shipping are inaccurate. I wouldn't have a problem with this if they would have let me know. So far it has been 8 business days and caseable has not returned any of my emails, nor have they sent me a shipping number to track my order. If I check my account it still says my order is 'pending'. I would definitely NOT recommend buying anything from their company based off of my experience so far. I also don't like tha...”

“The worst, I mean the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a costume and PAID for overnight delivery. Because something was wrong with their system, my order was changed to Economy (regular shipping) but the overnight charged is still debt out of my account and when I called the rep (women) said that they will be refunding my overnight shipping charge but I will have to return the shipping to get my money back. I told them to call a store and have the store to replace my it...”

“I bought a PIPO M9 tablet from that shop. The tablet didn't worked (screen flickering and no audio).

They asked me to send back the tablet, which I did.

As soon as they receive the tablet I asked what's next. They waited until the tracking was not working anymore (30 days) to respond and say that they didn't receive anything.

So I gave them the bill from the post office, they said that it was not enought. I asked the post office the proof that they receive the parcel, with the signature etc.....”

“Ive had 2 Sager Computers, I should of learned from the first purchase. Both computers after 3 years both mother boards went out. I have the X7200. Started great! no problems just for a few glitches here and there. Customer Service told me that my warrantee was expired. I tried to get help and was told that my motherboard was gone. They cant help there I guess so I sent in a ticket for costumer support. Gave them my trouble and same response. Im not really sure why the MB always goes out on this...”
