“This was my first time renting a camera and I can only say I wish I'd thought of it a long time ago. The online service was excellent. They answered my confused questions quickly and completely. “I ordered a Bluetooth kit for my car. It was a good price, and the shipping was free. I'm in Canada, so it was an international shipment, and I appreciated the free shipping (USPS) from San Diego.

My package was promptly shipped, but USPS did not scan the package when it was picked up. This meant that there were no updates to the shipping status, because the package was not in the USPS system. “This first time customer will be coming back again and again. Ordered 2.5 cases of 3oz cans of cat food on Wednesday and the Wag.com order confirmation stated it would be the next day. I figured it was an auto response or an error. Sure enough it truly arrived the next day! I got my heavy package the very next day before noon....19 hours later. Im impressed. I got the hard to find food I was looking for at a cost less than Petco, no tax and free shipping. Petco and PetSmart both stopped...”

“do yourself a favor and before thinking of placing an order with allegro medical, simply google 'allegro medical complaints' first.... you're welcome.
I should've checked for complaints against allegro medical on-line before I decided to order from them.
there's even a dedicated website with nothing but complaints about this sole vendor.

it seems to me that at least half of the positive reviews here are actually posted by allegro shills, posting on behalf of a-m. the rest of the positive review...”

“this is the worst customer service I have had in a while. I cannot believe that this shirt was canceled and I haven't even got my money back. the kicker is you all didn't even tell me anything until i had to come to you about it. are you all planning on robbing me of $6 ? that is sure what it seems. I do not like people playing with my money, I work very hard for that money and to have a company try and rob me of $6 is pathetic. “Really bad customer service. I had put an order and been charged for it and never received any info about it other than the recipt. I emailed the company three times and never got a respond back and they don't have a phone number to call on their website. Don't waste your money. ”
