“Don't be FOOLED by their 10% points back. ANY item you buy in the future will NOT receive points when redeeming points. So basically the 10 cents you earn from every dollar is taken from you on future purchases.

To make matters worse, when they have a 20% or 30% sale, you ARE NOT ELIGIBLE when using team points for the order. So you redeem 10%, but loose the opportunity to receive 30% back.

“I wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering my blender. Order on April 24, 2013, they processed my card on April 26, 2013 for payment. As of today, June 19, 2013 I have not received my order, nor have I received a return phone call or email after hounding them daily for the past 3 weeks. Endicia seemed like a great alternative to stamps but has turned out to be a nightmare of horrendous customer service back and forths just to get their label server to work correctly, which by the way over 1 month later STILL does not work and I am trying daily to ask why it wont work and what do we have to do. All I get is semi rude blaming of my developer who has absolutely nothing to do with their API or customer service.

“DTV Express DOES NOT HONOR THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTIES In my case they DO NOT answer emails either through their website OR by contacting customerservice@dtvexpre… when I TRIED TO FILE A CLAIM. A person WILL NOT answer when you call their 800 number no matter how many times you try. I have tried for 3 days.

I should have known when I purchased two warranties for our flat panels in 2010 and they said you DO NOT actually receive a warranty contract. Your receipt is your contract.
