“I purchased a pair of earphones from dealgrind, paid $77 for them. Waited about 4-6 weeks to receive them, nothing came. So I contacted Saun who was supposed to be customer service, he said they should be there within the week. They never came. Contacted again and again and received no response. This was 8 months ago. I chatted with their customer service person and asked if they would fit my bike and they said they were universal, but they were way too big and did not fit my bike. Other websites will tell you if they fit your bike or not.
