After you place the order and receiving no confirmation I got worried.
In the end, however, 'the package and' came after 15 days from 'order as in the description.

Now there customer service is terrible i needed parts to built 2 computer systems and it to was the worse experience i have ever had trying to get the parts ordered and shipped. “Spent almost 2 hours putting together an order. Stopped for a lunch break. When I returned, pressed the CHECKOUT button, and my order was GONE. Apparently someone set the timeout WAY too short and the system threw away all of my work. (Other web sites dont have this problem.)
