“I have had only good experiences with MF - never any problems with shipping nor with their customer service. Only slight complain is the cost of return shipment. These days, it is usually free of charge. Good selection of items, many quite unique, and often excellent sales.”

“I ordered a coffee table with a glass top. The item arrived on time as promised, but unfortunately the glass top was significantly chipped as a result of VERY rough handling by Fedex as evidenced by the mangled box. Decor South responded immediately to my request for a replacement and sent a new glass top for the table. It also arrived on time as promised. Decor South responded immediately to all email communications and handled the issue, which was a result of the carrier's lack of care in hand...”

“I have mixed feelings about this site. A great selection, although sometimes overpriced (and sometimes very overpriced, especially on technology), excellent information about products, sizes, etc. However, more than one there have been trouble with my orders - one went missing (due not really to MrPorter but the carrier in Germany, where I was at the time), trouble with returns of possibly faulty items, etc.

“Absolutely Horrible.
Never answers the phone or returns e-mails or messages. No help selecting correct keys.
Very difficult to get a refund then they Charge a 20% restocking fee !!!
We went with http://www.replacementlaptopkeys.com/ after such a bad experience and they were terrific. The difference between night and day.”

“I just got the engagement ring set from ParisJewelry.com. I am extremely disappointed. The rings look like nickel from China worth less than $10. The box broke in half as soon as I opened it. The rings would not even sit in the box to return it. I am a big jewelry buyer and I can identify and appreciate quality even if it is costume jewelry. I will return it as soon as someone responds from the company.”

“I haven't order from J&G for a while. Just hadn't had the need. I just bought two rifles. Both shipped quickly, in good shape. Had no issues with getting the FFL to them. I don't know where the bad reviews came from others. J&G seemed to be the same great store they were 2 years ago. I bought a C93 and was worried about the bolt gap. Well within specs. I just find J&G very easy to work with and great prices. Thanks J&G! would and will recommend.”

“Tasting Room / Lot 18 states they give you the chance to cancel, but they make it extremely difficult and never, NEVER answer the telephone. They will eventually get back to you by email, but tell you it is too late to cancel, even a week before the shipment has even been shipped.
I asked why I had not heard from them before the shipment email and they stated their technical department saw I had opened two emails that I don't see in my emails? I don't delete anything!
