This company is the WORST I have ever dealt with. I ordered a replacement battery for my Dell laptop. The battery seemed ok at first, then drained sucessively lower and lower, never gaining any chage, until it stuck at 0% after three overnight charging sessions. They charged me to ship the battery back, then sent a replacement even though I requested a refund on my RMA. The new battery shows 'plugged in, not charging'. “Ordered an ASA5505 from them. After three days I got an email asking me to verify shipping address. I called their US number and got a fax machine. Emailed them back with request to call me to discuss. Got a call from a number that came up 'UNKNOWN' on my phone. Couldn't understand the caller. She told me they would overnight the ASA from Hong Kong in a few days. I canceled the order! Waiting to see the credit appear on my CC now. Avoiding them from now on!”

“Not the greatest experience. The problems were as follows;

- Item listed as "Ship within 3 days", but it didn't ship for 8 days.
- The company didn't attempt to contact me until I complained first after 7 days and no shipment.
- Company charged my credit card on May 23rd, 2013, before they had the product in stock, and without them even knowing when it would come into their warehouse.
- I didn't receive the product until June 5th, 2013.

“I ordered one of those cheap $10 dollar laser pointers and it lasted about 10 minutes before it stopped working. I changed the batteries, nothing. I emailed Daily Steals on a Saturday telling them what happened thinking it would fall on def ears from what I've read online. But on Tuesday they emailed me back asking if I would like a refund or a replacement unit. I can say that I am very satisfied with the way this was handles and just want to give credit where credit is due.”
