“I ordered a pair of shoes and a shirt from 6PM.com and received everything in a timely manor. Unfortunately the shirt was not the same as the one pictured on the website. The shirt on the website shows white or light grey stitching but the one I received has a neon yellow stitching.

After going back and double checking the order, 6PM sent the shirt I ordered but the website was displaying an inaccurate image. Since the cost of the shirt was reduced so much, it wasn't worth it for me to pay to...”

“ Kyle misrepresented the product i purchased. His price quite included a rebate which in the end never was valid due to a date discrepancy. When i called back in to question my form and the date issue he assured me that it would be no issue and ok. I sent it in and bingo i am told sorry i do not qualify due to the date discrepancy. I called kyle and he said sorry nothing i can do. I asked what about my 100.00 and he said tough break man. Wow. I will never, nor should anyone buy from them again....”

“Well, it looks like I should have come here first before dealing with movie-mars! I had the misfortune of buying from them via Amazon.ca (which in the past was a safe vehicle for online shopping). I got a defective product that they say they will replace if it was damaged by them or in shipping. And even then, I must ship from Canada to N.C. at my expense. Not worth it. Will avoid this outfit in the future and be more careful about market sellers on Amazon in-general.”

“Ordered 5,000 pens initially on February 2, they are just now shipping more than 8 weeks later (March 27). Had issues with their credit card processing (three times) and major communication issues for the company to me about not being able to see attachment of our logo, and the fact that the pens I ordered were out of stock. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER ODER FROM NATIONAL PEN COMPANY AGAIN.”

“I cant BELIEVE I never left a review for the AMAZING customer service. I called them to talk about the ring I was interested in, they held my hand every step of the way, gave me free gift wrapping, so my husbands wedding ring was a huge hit. I got him a ceramic black with gold inlay ring, it was one of the only ones I found on the web that was like this. “I too, was so disappointed in the fact that Zulily does not offer a return policy. I think it should be required that this is clear to new customers before they buy. My response, when I found 3 bathing suits very well undersized, was in their words" dispose of them". After spending over $200 plus shipping, that did not make me feel warm and fuzzy towards this company. Burned once, that will do. Shoppers beware, sizes differ greatly, and there are no returns. Disappointing”

“At first I was hesitant to order from them, when reading all the negative reviews.

I ordered my gun but the order got put on hold at first. I wrote to CS and asked what the problem was. The reason was one of the things I ordered wasn't available in my type of order.

I had paid for quick 2 days air shipping so I was kinda bummed it wasn't gonna here at the end of the week (ordered on Wednesday).
