“I had to wait for a bit just to get a partial shipment, but they did include a note that the rest of my order would follow shortly. They are fairly quick to respond to emails and once I get the rest of my order I will buy many, many more titles. Will probably give them 5 stars once I get the rest of my stuff. ”

Never received order
“I placed an order on December 9th. It said it would take 1-5 weeks to make and then ship out. I never received a shipping confirmation 7 weeks later. I had to contact the company to receive a tracking number- a false tracking number that the company says is associated with usps but when contacting usps it is not. They offered me to ship another order at half the cost of my original order as they're not responsible for lost packages. My package wasn't even registered with the post so it wasn't lo...”

Do not buy ASUS laptops
“I have ASUS laptop model UX303L.
I paid top money for it, and unbelievable happened. In less than 2 years left hinge broke in screen area (according to repairman). It is not repairable, broken in screen area, so min. cost is $ 500. This was exactly what I was quoted by head office ASUS, so they have to know this problem.
Shame for this product.....and they do not take any stand to fix just problematic issue.
Note: it is not used for business, sitting on home desk, just once travelling with it.”

Returning customer
“I have placed about 10 orders with LTC for a total of about 40 discs. Of these 6 were faulty, but they were quick to replace them. They have also told me that they have implemented a new policy of testing out discs in a DVD player, not a computer, so hopefully I won't have to ask for any
replacements in the future. Orders seem to take 2-4 weeks to ship, but so far the movies have been worth the wait. ”

Not good!
“I purchased a Papa John's groupon with codes that did not work. I have read other complaints on the customer service experience and they are all correct. I spent a good 4 to 5 hours trying to get groupon to fix the problem before the groupon expired ( did not happen). Funny thing is, is that this was a known problem and groupon did not have a solution. Groupon customer service reps ranged from incompetent to downright insulting (one manager said I was lying and that I had not spoken to anyone...”
