“Over a month we are not getting calls/texts/ and voice mail errors out. Called customer service, they gave us a $15 credit on an over $200 per month account. We visited the local store all they do is reset phone and profile and say sorry it will probably be fixed in a week, 2 weeks, a month as we update to Spark. Meanwhile I cant get calls should my kids be sick/hurt etc when I am working. Cant communicate with family, clients etc. This is BULL. This is also a breech of contract, I paid to have ...”
“I ordered a pair of Burberry 3056 on 4/09/14 and paid the additional shipping charge for 2 day delivery. As of 4/15/14, I have yet to receive my order and according to the status it has not yet shipped! I called and left a voice message and sent an email and have not received a response prior to the company closing for 8 days. Now they won't be back till the 22nd of April. I will never buy from this company again!”

“God awful store in MELBOURNE FLorida. It is a pity they even have a store open like this. Disgrace to the word customer service or keeping the word. Made us pay for a suit for our six year old, among other things, with the promise of ordering one size up from a store 40 miles away because they did not carry his size with in two days for us to pick up at the Melbourne store. “I used them to pack, insure and ship and antique that was over 100 years old. note: I PAID FOR THEM TO PACK IT. It arrived complete broken to my client. After days of calling and asking how to file a claim, I FINALLY got a hold of the "manager" on Capitol Hill, WDC who was VERY rude and told me that if I did not have a receipt of the original purchase they can't give me my money back. Receipt?? on a piece my family had for years?? are you kidding me?? then she said I had to ...”

“Beware of this company.
They are not accurate with product descriptions, and there are hidden costs. I was billed by Fed-Ex separately for VAT (expected as I am in UK) who also wanted to charge another £10.75 handling fee!! This was not made clear and makes the product ore expensive that expected.”

“OEM parts and great prices, fast shipping (2 days to my door via FedEx Ground) at reasonable prices. They also provide how-to videos for most of the repair parts they sell. VERY happy with my purchase and I will use them again.”

“The reseller is a SCAMMER. Sends defective products knowingly with very strict/non-existent return policies to ensure you can't get your money back.

They responded to my emails frequently before I made the purchase, but then they sent out a completely defective card. I tried contacting them repeatedly and never heard back from them.

The 5 star reviews on here are obvious paid shills that were clearly purchased from offshore services. ”
“I purchased a quality SPECO CCTV camera from Gemini Computer In January 2014 (they apparently do not stock products and have them shipped from whom they buy from) and had a problem with the camera immediately and they refused to replace it under the warranty. They said they were emailing SPECO for advice what to do or return and they never emailed or called me back. I called Gemini and all "URI" the manager would do is email them again...He never followed up on anything. So I called...”
