“ I have NEVER received such AMAZING SERVICE anywhere!!! This really was AMAZING!!!! I purchased an Alpine head unit as well as numerous accessories. I purchased them on a Wednesday at 4pm. It was shipped out the same day and I received 2 DAYS LATER on that Friday. I was stunned. I called before the purchase to make sure I ordered everything and they helped me make sure I had everything I needed to install the stereo and the other items.

“Really zero stars!!! I placed an order for and funeral to be delivered at the hall we rented. When checking on the confirmation I was told my order was lost but had already been charged $167.58. The flowers never came and when I tried to get a refund they only gave me $25 back out of 167.58. “I have ordered from this company three times. Twice on purpose and once on accident. I bought one book from Amazon marketplace that was listed as very good condition in hardcover. The book came and was an ARC copy. I emailed them and they refunded my money and let me keep the book. “I called about boots that were ordered 3 days earlier to cancel. The woman said if they had shipped, it would be too late to cancel. So she apparently called the manufacturer to drop ship quick, because that evening of the day I called to cancel, the boots were magically shipped. Obviously she/SLT didn't want the order canceled. So I am going to refuse the package (ups) and tell the credit card company that the package was refused and to stop payment. ”
