“I am author Darrell Young, who writes books about Nikon and Olympus cameras. I purchase my cameras from Brad Berger of Berger-Bros.com for each of my books. I've been buying from Brad now for over seven years (since 2008) and have had superb service with each transaction. “Amazing experience. I am a new photographer and didn't want to invest in a lense, so I wanted to try it out for my first photo shoot on a Saturday. A lady called to remind me to pick up the lense, I told her on my way. Well many events happened and time was running out. She called again to let me know we close at 1230pm and use google maps and basic directions. It was already 1230pm! Her name was Maria. She said she would wait a bit for me. Well, I got lost an one way streets, she called again...”

“Customers beware.I purchased an optima about just under 3 months.The battery failed I called street sideauto customer service.They said I need to pay return shipping which cost $60 FedEx ground.I'm very disappointed that I'm stuck with a bad battery.I think streetside should warn customers about this policy.If I knew before hand I would of never made this purchase.”

“Piss poor customer service !! Ordered a simple gift card for my son's birthday. 3 days after my son's birthday, 3 weeks AFTER I ordered it , they still never delivered it AND customer service reassured me it would be overnighted the day before my son's birthday. Nope !!....and get this ...I couldn't get a refund !!...WTF ?!?!?....They didn't even offer ANY compensation for their pathetic service !!! They said they'll overnight it ( I'm guessing they will this time ? ) and I should have the card...”

“Have you ever seen a better Web Site for Presentation of products for sale? I never have. I absolutely LOVE shopping at JEGEM. The pictures of the products are FANTASTIC and since they are modeled you can see EXACTLY how they are going to look being worn and that is so important. Keep up the good work! “sent a defective shoe that shouldn't have been sent in the first place. how do they miss that? It is a mistake made by someone and now if I want a new pair I have to pay to ship it back that's Ludacris this company sucks!”

“I'd used these guys previously. Their prices are reasonable (about $8 for my phone, in 2015), the site responds quickly and provides good instructions for even the most-non-technical among us. And when I had a question, their support responded to email quickly and effectively. Honestly unless they did it all for free I couldn't ask for a better service.”

“I recently ordered a case from Mwave.com because it was the cheapest place to order it, according to pcpartpicker.com. Not only did it take 8 business days to ship but the case that I ordered was trashed on arrival. The face plate was half torn off and is beyond repair. The side of the case also has a relatively large dent in the side. If you're about to order from mwave and are reading this review, STAY AWAY! I don't know what their return policy is but I assume I'll have to pay to ship it back...”
