“Absolutely excellent. I purchased a digital copy of the Last of US and got it for an incredibly low price, by far the best price I could find anywhere, after looking for hours on Amazon and Ebay. Seems Amazon and Ebay now force Canadian customers to pay for shipping of digital codes, which borders on price fixing, but I digress.

I could not be more impressed with the service of this website, and I will buy again in the future. I have purchased digital codes in the past and have NEVER received...”

“Went in to purchase two gift cards for a friends birthday...the sales person was having problems with the gift cards so after they were active she checked both cards balance to find out one didn't take...very appreciative that she did this instead of sending me out of the store with an empty gift card”

“Ordered Chevrolet parts and was very satisfied. Looked through the website had a question sent them an email and they got back to me. The order came a few days after I placed it. It came from a dealership so clearly authentic. Will shop again.”

“They take too long to ship items and when I called to inquire the customer service was bad. With their cheap looking website i don't think this is a good deal for the prices they charge. What kind of retailer takes 7 days before they even ship the product. All in all it takes almost two weeks just to get something shipped from TN. That is an appalling supply chain system. Sub standard customer service. ”

“I purchased a boat cover, paid through Paypal, received an order confirmation and was charged the full amount. 3 weeks later no delivery confirmation or communication from PBS Boat Store. Tried contacting by phone and email with no response. Opened case/claim with Paypal and within 30 minutes my order was canceled and my money refunded. I'm sorry to say the service was unsatisfactory but I did get my money back. ”

“My only beef is with their shipper UPS
3 Day Select which delivered the package
to my neighbor who was Out of Town.

She came back today April 25th 2015

Shipping was more then the cables.

“The most terrible online shopping experience that I ever have. Terrible customer service. Cancelled my orders without any notification, delayed the shipping of the order that I have paid for second day shipping method without any notification. Every time I tried to connect with the customer service representatives they did nothing to help with the issues but only apologized for my inconvenience.”
