“Item listed as "ship in 1-2 days" in confirmation email. nothing received, no other communication. Customer service does not answer phone. Live chat told me 'That's backordered 6 weeks". When I asked for more detail, live chat just stopped responding. Plus they billed my cc immediately. Worst customer service in years.”
