“If your thinking about buying from bulk reef supply check there refund and replace policy. Once you buy from them your on your own. Bought a chiller it did not work at all called customer service (if you can call it that) and was told I had to send back to manufacturer now they have my money and it will take weeks to get my chiller back.they do not stand behind products they sell will never order from them again.”

“This was absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

I ordered a pair coil springs and spring seats for my car all at once, shipping to Alberta. Everything was in stock at the time, but I did expect it to take a while because it was shipping from the States.

A week later I received an email notice that the springs were out of stock, and would be struck from my order. I checked the website and they were still listed as in stock. I called customer service, and the agent basica...”

“Over 35 years I have found EMS to have excellent customer service both in store (mine is Fairfield, CT) and at EMS headquarters. Both demonstrated excellent service to me yesterday. I have been very pleased with the quality of the merchandise and return policy. From college into retirement, from clothing to gear it has been my number 1 go to store. ”

“Bought an m1 garand
I took it to a gun smith and after a detail review and measurements he was glad I didn't shoot as it was defective and said it may blew up in my face because it was altered
I took it back to the store and they refunded my money ????
I went back the next day and they were ready to put it back out for sale
I talked to David the mod and he said he looked down the barrel and it looks fine and he needed not to to measure the head space as they all come from CMP the same

“i am unable to reach anyone via phone or email. i placed the order for almost $100.00 April 16. I received an email thanking me for my order. I have not received any notification regarding shipment or anything.
I have called numerous times and sent several emails trying to get info on my order. NOTHING HAS WORKED!!”

“I wanted two blinds and somehow received one only. I didn't remember how it got from my cart to checkout and paid. I needed two shades and one was in the cart. Received one shade. Called Jordan and we exchanged emails but he was less than helpful. He stated it was a custom made order and could not be returned. “I have only had one issue with an order. A case was broken upon arrival. The customer service immediately sent me another replacement and there was absolutely no issues dealing with the problem. Wonderful customer service!”
