“Ordered on 10/14/14, and it said it would be shipped on 10/15. Here it is 10/25 and I haven't received my order yet. They haven't sent me a tracking #, or even answered me when I sent them an e-mail asking about my order! Very poor shipping and customer service. I guess I need to phone them, but being Saturday, and they don't have customer service available on Saturday, I'll have to wait 2 more days to even call them to get an answer about my order. 2 weeks is unacceptable.”

“I shipped my Dell Studio XPS 1647 laptop to parts-people for repairs after seeing their online advertisement. After examining it they told me over the phone that the mother board needs to be replaced. “2 weeks after placing my order and did not receive my order I tried calling them.
I called them everyday from Monday - Wednesday and all calls go to voicemail.
I emailed them and received a reply a few days later stating the phone case I ordered was out of stock.
It wasn't out of stock on their website when I ordered it, but it is now.
So I replied with a different case that was in stock.
My email fails to get delivered, I get a failure notice their email is not accepting emails "unauthorized"

“I ordered a Vaude Cycle 28 Backpack/Pannier on Thursday, Oct. 23. I called the shop to check if it was in stock and they said that they had 6. Went ahead and ordered one online. Received a confirmation of my order by email a couple of minutes after that. Reviewed this and sent them an email asking when I should expect the package. “It is all true and dependable! RebelFone USA provided excellent cellular telephone service in Italy and England when in major and secondary cities this summer.

Customer service was dependable and timely if we had a question or needed assistance prior to and when traveling. Recommend RebelFone when in need of cellular telephone service in Europe. We plan to use their service again.
