“Just incompetent. I ordered an ATIV 700t, paying extra for next day delivery. There was no UPS tracking # in the morning. So I called. I was assured it would be delivered by the end of the day. Then I called again at noon. And at 2. Same story. No tracking #, but , rest assured, it would be delivered. Finally, at 9 PM, I called again and asked for a supervisor.
